Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us that you would like to return it.
To start a return, email kim.cluelessclobber@gmail.com with your order number, name and reason for return. We will send you return instructions.

After telling us you wish to return an item, please send it back within 14 days.
Change-of-mind returns
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange a suitable resolution and cover reasonable return-postage costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Where applicable, we will refund the cost of standard delivery, but not any extra cost paid for an upgraded delivery service.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
